WHAT WE DO
ENRICHMENT
FWACC understands the need to provide shelter animals with enrichment items to reduce stress, prevent boredom, and decrease undesirable behavior. Cowtown Friends uses donations to purchase the following items to support the enrichment program: Kuranda beds, Kongs, Nylabones, treats, dog food, cat food, and durable chew toys.
SHELTER SUPPORT
Cowtown Friends provides financial assistance for a variety of different needs to support the staff, volunteers, and animals at the shelter. Through donations, we have contributed to staff appreciation lunches, adoption events/marketing, outdoor fans, portacool, heaters, blankets, kitten supplies, medical equipment, Acuity Shelter Scheduling software, water buckets/carabiners for cages, and other miscellaneous supplies.
